This is my first gps unit. I use it when mountain
biking and walking. I have to admit i havnt used it to its full
potential. If i bought a data cable and handlebar mount it would be a
much more usefull piece of kit.
However i do carry it with me whenever i`m out biking and it is
reasurring to know that you can pin point your position should you get
lost or suffer serious injury and require rescue.
The menu structure is intuitive and it has a large clear display. It
runs on two aa batteries which give the unit a long run time and it has
a battery meter on the display to keep track of your power reserves.
Its fully waterproof and will float should it be dropped overboard.
Having written this review i think i will get the accesories i need to
use this properly, so check back for an updated review in the new year.
